Great stuff, it’s funny how the overall scope of local SEO really hasn’t
changed anywhere near as dramatically as other parts of SEO has over the
past year. The real keys are in those tiny details though, that’s where
it’s changed dramatically (like from google maps to google+ local etc.)
Love the section about the competitive local backlink assessment using
advanced modifier searches. Good stuff as always Rand!

Hey, I need to improve a webpage and the sub directory its located in…
should I rename and setup a 404 or just create new page and subfolder and
keep the two pub update the website to point to new page?
